-Forme de l'accord-cadre (cf. art 2-3 du règlement de la consultation) Pour les lots 1 à 3, la consultation donne lieu à l'établissement d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi attributaire, avec trois attributaires, fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles.
