France - Postal services - Mail processing services for the Le Havre Seine Metropole urban community

The urban community of Le Havre Seine Metropole awarded a contract for mail processing services. The services cover collection and home delivery of mail, franking and dispatch of mail, a postal box service, and franking only for the Maison du territoire of Saint Romain de Colbosc plus mail dispatch. The contract was signed as a single-operator framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and a maximum of 850,000 euros for the urban community headquarters (lot 1) and 36,000 euros for the Maisons du territoire (lot 2).
