Naplógyűjtő, naplóelemző és riasztó rendszer licence követése és támogatás megújítása Jelen beszerzés célja az IBM QRadar alapú SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) rendszer működéséhez szükséges termékkövetés, gyártói és szállítói támogatás biztosítása. Beszerzés fix része: - a jelenleg meglévő QRadar rendszer (15.000 EPS - esemény per secundum) üzemeltetésének támogatása, valamint a működéséhez szükséges licencek (24 db) követésének és gyártói támogatásnak biztosítása 2026. szeptember 1-től 2029. december 31-ig; - támogatási szolgáltatás biztosítása szerződéskötéstől, de legkorábban 2026. szeptember 1-től 2029. augusztus 31-ig. Opcionális konzultációs keret biztosítása szerződéskötéstől, de legkorábban 2026. szeptember 1-től 2029. augusztus 31-ig összesen 60 nap mennyiségben. A beszerzés opcionális értéke nem éri el a teljes beszerzés 30%-át. További információ a Közbeszerzési dokumentumokban található.
