Description

A Magyar Nemzeti Bank (továbbiakban: MNB) részére külföldi kiküldetésekhez kapcsolódó utazásszervezési és egyéb szolgáltatások biztosítása kitelepített irodai szolgáltatás keretében Külföldi kiküldetésekhez kapcsolódó utazásszervezési szolgáltatások: repülőjegy, vonatjegy, buszjegy, hajójegy, kompjegy, jármű bérlése, külföldi szállások foglalása, kiküldetésekhez kapcsolódó egyéb idegenforgalmi szolgáltatások nyújtása (betegség-, baleset-, poggyászbiztosítás, repülőjegy biztosítás, speciális útlemondás biztosítás, idegenvezetés, vízum ügyintézés szükség szerint, transzferek, külföldi business/VIP váró). MNB külföldi meghívottaival kapcsolatos utazásszervezői feladatok (egyéb szolgáltatások nyújtása): repülőjegy, vonatjegy, buszjegy, hajójegy, kompjegy, jármű bérlése és szállások foglalása, igény szerint transzfer szolgáltatás. Ajánlattevőnek az MNB egy telephelyén, az általa biztosított irodahelyiségben kitelepített irodai szolgáltatást kell biztosítania. Külföldi kiküldetés keretében az MNB-ben az utazások száma évente átlagosan 800 db (+/- 20 %), amelyek túlnyomó része repülővel történik, a többi vonattal, autóbusszal, gépkocsival. A repülőjegy foglalások kb. 15 %-a business osztályra szól, a többi turista (economy) osztályra. Ajánlatkérő a keretszerződés 70%-ára lehívási kötelezettséget vállal, a keretösszeg nettó 3 milliárd HUF. További információ a követelményspecifikációban és a szerződéstervezetben található.
