Description

Központosított közbeszerzési keretmegállapodás kötése a Nemzeti Hírközlési és Informatikai Tanácsról, valamint a Digitális Kormányzati Ügynökség Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság és a kormányzati informatikai beszerzések központosított közbeszerzési rendszeréről szóló 301/2018 (XII.27.) Korm. rendelet (a továbbiakban: DKÜ rendelet) hatálya alá tartozó, illetve a központosított közbeszerzési eljáráshoz önként csatlakozó szervezetek részére központi és kliens rendszer üzemeltetési szolgáltatások beszerzésére. A DKM0101SAAS24 keretmegállapodáson belül a KM 2. szakaszában a versenyújranyítások és megrendelések során az alábbi Ajánlatkérőkkel kötött szerződést a Nyertes Ajánlattevő: Ajánlatkérő szervezet: Pro-M Professzionális Mobil és Hálózati Szolgáltató Zrt. Ennek megfelelően az adott közbeszerzési rész magát a keretmegállapodást kötött nyertes ajánlattevőt takarja, mely összesítve tartalmazza a hirdetménnyel érintett időintervallum alatt kötött egyedi szerződések (ide értve a visszaigazolt megrendeléseket is) ellenértékét.
