A Szent Damján Görögkatolikus Kórház tulajdonában álló Philips Incisive CT készüléken koronária CT vizsgálat végzéséhez szükséges szoftverek és kiegészítők (a továbbiakban: eszközök) beszerzése adásvételi szerződés keretében. A beszerzés során 6db coronaria CT vizsgálathoz szükséges szoftver 1db beépíthető EKG elektródákkal kerül beszerzésre. A közbeszerzés rövid ismertetése: A Szent Damján Görögkatolikus Kórház tulajdonában álló Philips Incisive CT készüléken koronária CT vizsgálat végzéséhez szükséges szoftverek és kiegészítők (a továbbiakban: eszközök) beszerzése adásvételi szerződés keretében. Mennyiség: 6db szoftver az alábbiak szerint részletezve Retrospektív jelölés (Retrospective Tagging) 1db Prospektív kapuzás (Prospektív gating) 1db Calcium Scoring (Kalcium scoring) 1db Szív-koszorúér elemzés 1db CFA (Cardiac Function Analysis - Szívfunkció-elemzés) 1db Step & Shoot Complete 1db 1db beépíthető EKG elektródákkal - Az ajánlatban csak új, azaz nem használt eszköz ajánlható meg. - A nyertes Ajánlattevő feladata az ajánlatában megajánlott eszközök szállítása, üzembe helyezése és használatának betanítása. - Betanítási idő: 1 nap (4 óra), 4 fő. - Ajánlattevő kizárólag az Ajánlatkérő előírásainak mindenben megfelelő termékekre tehet ajánlatot. A termékekkel kapcsolatosan az ajánlattevőnek figyelembe kell vennie a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban leírtakat is. - Ajánlatkérő tájékoztatja a gazdasági szereplőket, hogy a termék tekintetében Ajánlatkérő a 321/2015. (X.30) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) és (6) bekezdésében foglaltakra tekintettel járt el. Ajánlatkérő hangsúlyozza, hogy ahol jelen felhívásban és a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban gyártóra és/vagy típusra való hivatkozás található, ez csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt. Ajánlattevő ajánlatában bármely más olyan termék szerepeltethet, amely az adott funkciónak megfelel, és a megnevezettel egyenértékű, azzal, hogy az egyenértékűséget - kétség esetén - az ajánlattevőnek igazolnia kell.
