Description

Adásvétellel vegyes, egyösszegű átalánydíjas vállalkozási szerződés keretében 2105 db LED technológiás közúti világítóberendezés szállítása és felszerelése, valamint a 2051 db meglévő közúti világítóberendezés bontása és elszállítása Budakeszi város közigazgatási területén a Kiviteli tervdokumentációban meghatározott helyszíneken. A nyertes Ajánlattevő köteles a LED-es világítótestek felszerelését közbeszerzési dokumentáció részét képező kiviteli tervekben foglaltak szerint elvégezni. A nyertes ajánlattevő feladata továbbá megvalósulási dokumentáció készítése, valamint a hulladékkezelés (csomagolóanyagok, bontott lámpatestek elszállítása és megsemmisítése). Ajánlatkérő felvonulási területet nem tud biztosítani. Az Ajánlatkérő a leszerelendő lámpatestekre nem tart igényt, azt a nyertes Ajánlattevőnek el kell szállítani, és a hulladékkezelésről a vonatkozó jogszabályok szerint gondoskodnia kell. A nyertes Ajánlattevő köteles a szerződés teljesítése során FVM-t és FAM szerelőt alkalmazni. Az Ajánlatkérő felhívja az Ajánlattevő figyelmét arra, hogy a fentiekben a világítótestek megnevezése esetében az ott előírt gyártmányra illetve típusra az Ajánlatkérő csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében teszi, és a megnevezés mellett a "vagy azzal egyenértékű" kifejezést is érteni kell, mely alapján az Ajánlatkérő elfogadja az egyenértékű vagy a rögzítetteknél jobb megoldást is. Ajánlattevő,ha a hivatkozással érintett műszaki tartalom helyett (vagy tervtől vagy a részletes Ártáblázatban feltüntetettől ) eltérő, egyenértékű eszközt, megoldást, stb. kíván megajánlani ajánlatában;az ajánlatában meg kell jelölnie az általa megajánlott LED lámpatest, berendezés típusát. A beszerzés pontos műszaki tartalmát és mennyiségét a jelen felhívás mellékletét képező részletes Ártáblázat és a műszaki dokumentáció tartalmazza.
