Adásvételi szerződés Szeged Városi Szennyvíztisztító Telepre biogázüzemű gázmotor beszerzése tárgyban. Az eljárásban csak új (még nem használt / első üzembehelyezésű) eszköz ajánlható meg. A szerződés tárgya 1 db új Perkins gyártmányú, 4008-30 TRS2 típusú, vagy azzal egyenértékű gázmotor-generátor egység beszerzése, telepítési helyre történő leszállítása, telepítése (azon belül a telepítés helyén lévő régi egység kibontása, konzerválása és deponálása, az új egység beépítése), és üzembe helyezése. A Szegedi Vízmű Zrt. részére kiadott, érvényben lévő a Magyar Energetikai és Közmű-szabályozási Hivatal által 5666/2017 ügyiratszámon kiadott H2032/2020 számú határozatban, valamint a VFEO/1358-2/2025 ügyiratszámon kiadott H3244/2025 számú határozatban módosított Kiserőmű összevont engedély 4. számú mellékletében a Szegedi Vízmű Zrt. Szeged Városi Szennyvíztisztító telep kiserőmű engedélyében az alapvető eszközök adatainál megadott, nevesítetten 4008-30 TRS2 típusú, Perkins gyártmányú biogázmotor szerepel. Eltérés esetében a más típus beépítésének engedélyeztetése, a Kiserőmű összevont engedély módosításához szükséges eljárás lefolytatása Ajánlattevő feladata, ennek költségeit a vételár tartalmazza. Eltérő biogázmotor telepítése csak a Magyar Energetikai és Közmű-szabályozási Hivatal által kiadott Kiserőmű összevont engedély kiadása esetén végezhető. Az ajánlati árnak az üzembehelyezést követő min. 6.000 üzemórára szóló teljes körű jótállást biztosítania kell. A többlet jótállás időtartama értékelési szempont. A jótállási idő alatt a jótállási körbe eső javítás egyetlen költségeleme sem terhelhető az ajánlatkérőre, így nem számolható fel kiszállási díj vagy munkabér és anyagköltség sem.
