(továbbiakban: MK Nzrt.) tulajdonában lévő, és esetlegesen a későbbiekben tulajdonába kerülő John Deere gyártmányú (jelenleg: 100 db) + /- 10 % eszközök/traktorok teljes körű szervizelési lehetőségét, alkatrész ellátását, műszaki vizsgára felkészítését, műszaki vizsgáztatását, a műszaki vizsgáztatással kapcsolatos teljes körű ügyintézést, környezetvédelmi felülvizsgálatot, biztosítási ügyintézéseket műszaki leírásban foglaltak alapján 12 hónapra vagy a keretösszeg kimerüléséig Keretösszeg nettó 500.000.000,- Ft. Ajánlatkérő a nettó keretösszeg 70%-ára vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Részletes előírásokat és paramétereket a műszaki leírás és a szerződéstervezet tartalmazza.
