A NAV vagyonkezelésében lévő 3,5 tonna össztömeget meg nem haladó SÉRÜLT gépjárművek javítása Kelet-Magyarországon 24 hónapra A járművek ellátását a járművek közúti közlekedésről szóló 1988. évi I. törvényben, a közúti járművek műszaki megvizsgálásáról szóló 5/1990. (IV.12.) KöHÉM rendeletben, a közúti járművek forgalomba helyezésének és forgalomban tartásának műszaki feltételeiről szóló 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM rendeletben, valamint a közúti közlekedés szabályairól szóló 1/1975. (II. 5.) KPM-BM együttes rendeletben meghatározott, közúti forgalomban történő részvételre alkalmas jogszabályszerű és közlekedésbiztonsági szempontból biztonságos járműállapot elérését ezeknél a sérült járműveknél is szükséges biztosítani. A gépjárművek típus szerinti összetételét a Műszaki leírás 1. sz. függeléke tartalmazza. A gépjárművek darabszáma változhat, a megadott mennyiség az eljárás megindításának időpontjában érvényes. Jelenlegi mennyiség 621 db gépjármű. A megkötendő vállalkozási szerződés hatálya a meghatározott keretösszeg kimerüléséig, de legkésőbb a hatályba lépéstől számított 24 hónapig tart. A rendelkezésre álló keretösszeg: nettó 47 000 000,- Ft, (bruttó: 59 690 000 HUF) melyből Ajánlatkérő 70%-os (nettó 32.900.000,- Ft) lehívási kötelezettséget vállal.
