1 darab N3 kategóriájú tehergépjármű beszerzése. 1 darab N3 kategóriájú tehergépjármű beszerzése A megajánlott gépjármű típusnak a közúti járművek műszaki megvizsgálásáról szóló 5/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM rendelet szerint ,,N3 járműkategória” követelményeinek kell, hogy megfeleljen. Az ajánlat kizárólag új gépkocsira vonatkozhat. E tekintetben újnak minősül az a jármű, amely sem Magyarországon, sem pedig külföldön nem volt forgalomba helyezve, bemutató, illetve próbajárműként nem használták, továbbá a gyártás és a forgalomba helyezés időpontja között eltelt idő nem több 12 hónapnál. Kötelező jótállás: a gépjármű forgalomba helyezésének időpontjától számított minimum 36 hónapig vagy minimum 200.000 km eléréséig (amelyik előbb teljesül). A jótállás magába foglalja a járművek teljes körű garanciális javítását is.
