További kártérítési limitek: lásd műszaki leírás. Önrészesedés a biztosított természetes személyek vonatkozásában nincs. Önrészesedés társasági visszatérítés vonatkozásában lásd: műszaki leírás. A közbeszerezni kívánt fedezet az MFB Magyar Fejlesztési Bank Zrt. valamint az MFB vállalatcsoportra vonatkozik (Ajánlatkérőt, valamint további 9 gazdasági szervezetet tartalmazó céglistát a műszaki leírás tartalmazza), a D&O felelősségbiztosítási fedezet moduláris kialakításába illeszkedő kockázat biztosítási fedezettel történő lefedése és annak fenntartása. A megvásárolni kívánt fedezet szakmai felelősségbiztosítás, amely fedezetet nyújt különösen az abban biztosított vezetőkkel szemben érvényesített kártérítési kötelezettség összegére valamint a jogi védekezés költségeire. A szerződés 12 hónap határozott időtartamú. A kockázatviselésének kezdete a szerződés aláírását követő nap 00:00 óra, de legkorábban 2025. január 05. A fedezet hatálya: egész világ kivéve USA/Kanada.
