HLA lókuszokra (HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DRB5, HLA-DQB1, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DPB1, HLA-DPA1) vonatkoztatott Oxford Nanopore Technológiával működő Next Generation Sequencing (ONT-NGS) módszerhez kapcsolódó nagy felbontású HLA típus meghatározásra alkalmas tesztkészletek és hozzájuk tartozó kiegészítők, valamint a tesztekre validált analizátorok, szoftver és hardver beszerzése. (PCR készüléket és fluorimétert nem kell megajánlani, azok az OVSz laboratóriumában rendelkezésre állnak.) Beszerzendő tesztkészlet-mennyiség a teljes szerződéses időtartamra, (24 hónapra): a.) Tesztkészletek: Tesztkészletek 2.500 minta 11 különböző HLA lókuszának (HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DRB5, HLA-DQB1 HLA-DQA1és HLA-DPB1, HLA-DPA1) nagy felbontású ONT-NGS módszerrel történő egyidejű meghatározásához. Tesztkészlet alatt ajánlatkérő egy vérminta vizsgálatához szükséges tesztet, egyéb reagenseket és a szükséges kiegészítő segédanyagokat érti. A szükséges egyéb reagensek és kiegészítő segédanyagok a következők, (ezek bizonyos esetben a tesztkészlet részei lehetnek): • 11 HLA lókusz egyidejű amplifikációjára alkalmas PCR összetevők, • Az amplifikált termék mennyiségének és/vagy minőségének fluorimetriás ellenőrzésére alkalmas reagens, • Az amplifikált termék tisztítására alkalmas reagensek, • A MinIon készüléken történő analízishez szükséges összetevők, • Flow Cell, olyan mennyiségben, amivel a 2500 minta átlagosan 12 minta egyidejű mérésével elvégezhető, • A Flow Cell újabb használatához szükséges, a reakciót leállító mosókészlet. b.) Analizátor: • Ajánlattevőnek 2 db analizátort, azaz 2 db szekvenátort kell használatra megajánlania. • Kiegészítőként megajánlandó 2 párhuzamos vizsgálat kivitelezéséhez szükséges mennyiségű mágneses állvány, amennyiben azt a tesztkészlet leírása ajánlja. c.) Szoftver / hardver: • Ajánlattevőnek annyi analizáló számítógépet és futtató szoftvert kell megajánlania, amivel párhuzamosan 2 mérés (2 flow cell) analizálható egyszerre. Az analizáló szoftveren felül HLA-specifikus kiértékelő/elemző szoftvert is meg kell ajánlani. Nyertes ajánlattevő feladata a termékeknek az OVSz Transzplantációs Immungenetikai Laboratóriumába való leszállítása, a használatra megajánlott eszközök installációja és használatukra való betanítás.
