De afdeling Laboratoriumgeneeskunde van het Radboudumc is op zoek naar een methode voor hoge-resolutie typering van 11 HLA-genen op het ONT-platform ten behoeve van de on-call postmortale orgaantransplantatieprocedure, alsmede voor nier- en stamceltransplantatiepatiënten en hun donoren. Met deze consultatie wenst het Radboudumc helderheid te verkrijgen over welke oplossingen en mogelijkheden er in de huidige markt beschikbaar zijn om te voldoen aan de behoefte van een high-resolution 11-loci HLA-typeringstechniek met behulp van een Oxford Nanopore Technologies-platform. Daarnaast is het Radboudumc benieuwd met welke bijzonderheden of nieuwe ontwikkelingen rekening moet worden gehouden en wenst het Radboudumc inzicht te verkrijgen in de benodigde investering voor de aankoop van een oplossing welke kan voldoen aan onze minimale voorwaarden.
