Áruszállítási keretmegállapodás DKG gyártmányú szerelvény és szerelvény alkatrészek szállítására vonatkozóan A közbeszerzés célja DKG gyártmányú vagy azzal egyenértékű* szerelvény és szerelvény alkatrészek (armatúrák, armatúra alkatrészek) szállítása a Keretmegállapodás időtartamán belül. A beszerzés célja, hogy biztosítsa egyrészről a folyamatos tartalékalkatrész-ellátottságot, másrészről a meghibásodott vagy rendellenesen működő biztonsági szelepek cseréjét. Ajánlatkérő 2027-2029. évekre keretmegállapodás megkötését tervezi 726 400 000 Ft előirányzati keretösszegben az alábbi mennyiségekkel: A keretmegállapodás 35 féle DKG gyártmányú vagy azzal egyenértékű¬* armatúrát és armatúra alkatrészt tartalmaz, melyből az ajánlatkérő összesen 256 darabszám szállítását tervezi megrendelni a keretmegállapodás 2 éves időtartama alatt. *Az ajánlatkérő az egyenértékűséget az alábbiak szerint határozza meg: A jelen eljárásban egyenértékű a csereszabatos alkatrész. Csereszabatos alkatrész minden olyan alkatrész, amely egy másik alkatrésszel minden külön javítás vagy további megmunkálás nélkül helyettesíthető, alakjában, névleges méretében azonos, mérete és alakeltérése a megengedett tűrésen belül van és az anyagminőség azonos. OAH rendelet 34. § szerinti, az MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. által, a FEL 005 Szállítók nukleáris biztonság szempontú minősítésére vonatkozó eljárásrend szerint kiadott, Atomerőművi Rendszerek és Rendszerelemek Biztonsági Osztályba Sorolása (ABOS) szerinti besorolása: ABOS 2**. ** Atomerőművi Rendszerek és Rendszerelemek Biztonsági Osztályba Sorolása: a nukleáris létesítmények nukleáris biztonsági követelményeiről és az ezzel összefüggő hatósági tevékenységről szóló 1/2022. (IV. 29.) OAH rendelet mellékletét képező Nukleáris Biztonsági Szabályzatok (NBSZ), az NBSZ érvényes útmutatói, és az Atomerőművi rendszerek, rendszerelemek (RRE-k) tervezéséhez, gyártásához, beszerzéséhez, átalakításához, üzemeltetéséhez az ABOS Differenciált Követelmények (ABOS DK) által az ABOS 2 besoroláshoz rendelt követelményeket kell figyelembe venni. 2. Műszaki minimumkövetelmény, melyről ajánlatkérő nem tárgyal (Kbt. 87. § (1) és Közbeszerzési dokumentum (KD) IV. fejezet, 6. Tárgyalás pont 6.4 Tárgyalni az alábbiakról nem lehet alpontja): A Közbeszerzési Műszaki Leírásban szereplő szerelvény és szerelvény alkatrészek esetén (MSZ) EN 10204:2005 vagy azzal egyenértékű szabvány szerinti „3.1. típusú” szakértői minőségi bizonyítvány biztosítása a termékek leszállításakor, melyek tartalmazzák az alapanyag valós vegyi összetételét és mechanikai tulajdonságait 20 °C-on. Az ajánlattevőnek ajánlatában nyilatkozatot kell benyújtania arra vonatkozóan, hogy a fenti tételek tekintetében a szállításkor biztosítja az előírt bizonylatolást.
