The Municipality of Vihti in Finland is procuring HVAC maintenance and repair works for its owned and managed buildings, such as schools, daycare centres, a health station and a library, for the period 1.11.2026-30.10.2028. Works will be invoiced either on an hourly basis or as fixed total prices. The estimated value of the whole framework arrangement is EUR 5,400,000. The contract may be extended with two one-year options for 2029 and 2030. Four to five contract partners will be selected. Contractors must provide project-specific construction and warranty-period securities for sites exceeding EUR 25,000, and a certified site supervisor is required. Subsidiaries 'Vihdin Toimitilat Oy' and 'Nummelanharjun Energia Oy' may join the framework.
