Our requirements for this commission are that a high-quality and highly collaborative approach to planning, delivering and analysing the consultation is maintained at all times, while meeting our timescale requirements. We therefore need your quality submission to provide us with detailed information regarding: • How you will programme the workload within the timescale, ensuring that key stakeholders and groups are given the space and time they need to participate • How you will help to carry out an inclusive consultation • How you will ensure responses are representative of the geography and demographics of York and North Yorkshire It is a statutory obligation to consult on the draft Local Transport Plan before it can be adopted.
