Predmetom zákazky je zmena dokončenej stavby. Pôvodne projektovaný závod verejného stravovania z roku 1976, naposledy využívaný ako Grill Pub, je dlhodobo nevyužívaný s veľkým potenciálom pre rozšírenie služieb pre verejnosť v rámci obce. Objekt bude po úprave poskytovať administratívne priestory pre potreby obce na zabezpečenie služieb verejnosti na 1.NP a priestory komunitného centra pre rôzne komunitné aktivity na 2.NP.
