Військова частина А1619 (надалі - «замовник») оголошує проведення спрощеної закупівлі товару за предметом закупівлі відповідно до вимог положень пункту 8 (підпункт 2) Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275 (надалі - «Особливості № 1275»). Замовник проводить спрощену закупівлю товару за предметом закупівлі в порядку, визначеному Законом України від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі», з урахуванням положень, визначених Особливостями № 1275. Умови поставки товару за предметом закупівлі визначаються Оголошенням про проведення спрощеної закупівлі та умовами проєкту договору. Строк поставки товару за предметом закупівлі, визначений календарною датою та зазначений на цій сторінці закупівлі, є орієнтовним: пріоритет мають умови, зазначені у блоці «Умови поставки» на цій сторінці закупівлі та у проєкті договору. Поставка товару за предметом закупівлі звільняється від оподаткування податком на додану вартість відповідно до підпункту "і" підпункту 4 пункту 32 підрозділу 2 розділу XX «Перехідні положення» Податкового кодексу України.
