Kastevuoren päiväkodin elinkaarta jatkavat korjaustyöt Espoon kaupunki Tilapalvelut-liikelaitos (myöhemmin Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia Kastevuoren päiväkodin elinkaarta jatkavasta korjauksesta tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevien asiakirjojen mukaisesti täyteen käyttökuntoon saatettuna. Korjaustyö toteutetaan kokonaisurakkamuodolla. Kaikki tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt työt ja hankinnat sisältyvät kokonaisurakkaan. Valittu toimittaja toimii hankkeessa pääurakoitsijana sekä valtioneuvoston asetuksen rakennustyön turvallisuudesta (2009/205) mukaisena päätoteuttajana. Rakennuskohteen osoite on Kastevuoren päiväkoti, Alakartanonkuja 3, 02360 Espoo. Hankkeen aikataulu on 14.12.2026-15.12.2027 TUTUSTUMISKÄYNTI Tilaaja edellyttää Tarjoajan tutustuvan rakennuspaikkaan ja siinä vallitseviin olosuhteisiin ennen sitovan tarjouksen tekemistä. Pakollinen tutustumiskäynti järjestetään 1.10. klo 10-12 ja 8.10. klo 10-12 välisenä aikana. Tilaaja hylkää tarjouksen, mikäli tarjoaja ei ole tutustunut kohteeseen. Tutustumiskäynnille tulee ilmoittautua etukäteen viimeistään haluttua tutustumispäivää edeltävänä arkipäivänä klo 15:00 mennessä sähköpostilla osoitteeseen anne-maija.holmstrom@espoo.fi. Mikäli ilmoittautumisia ei tule määräaikaan mennessä, varaa Tilaaja oikeuden siirtää tutustumiskäyntiä, mistä ilmoitetaan erikseen Tarjouspalvelu.fi -toimittajaportaalissa. Tilaaja ei sitoudu ilmoitettuihin hankintamääriin. Tilaaja tulee valitsemaan kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden toimittajan. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä toimittajalla tarkoitetaan sopimuksessa käytettyä termiä urakoitsija.,
