Art der Leistung Dienstleistung Umfang der Leistung Für den Kantinenbetrieb der KOSTbar werden derzeit durch den externen Dienstleister OPC Card Systems die Hard- und Software bereitgestellt. Der Dienstleister stellt unter anderem das Kassensystem und Kartenlesegeräte sowie die Software zur Menü- und Abrechnungsverwaltung zur Verfügung, worüber der bargeldlose Zahlungsverkehr sowie die Abrechnung der ausgegebenen Mahlzeiten abgewickelt werden. Mitarbeitende können über die WebApp Speisen vorbestellen, Guthaben aufladen und bargeldlos bezahlen. Der bestehende Vertrag mit dem Dienstleister läuft zum Jahresende aus. Um den unterbrechungsfreien Kantinenbetrieb sicherzustellen, ist eine erneute Beschaffung und Einführung einer Nachfolgelösung erforderlich. Dabei müssen sowohl die Software und die Hardware ersetzt oder aktualisiert werden, einschließlich der Übernahme der bestehenden Funktionen für Zahlungsverkehr, Abrechnung und Vorbestellung. Bis zum Ende des laufenden Vertrags wird eine Nachfolgelösung für die Software und, falls erforderlich, die Hardware implementiert, sodass der Kantinenbetrieb ohne Unterbrechung weitergeführt werden kann. Alle Geräte und Softwarelizenzen werden rechtzeitig ausgewählt, bestellt und betriebsbereit eingerichtet.
