Asentopuulaaki Oy pyytää tarjoukset Käpyriihen luhtitalojen rakentamisesta liitteenä olevien asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Asentopuulaaki Oy pyytää tarjoukset Käpyriihen luhtitalojen rakentamisesta kokonaisurakkana. Metsävainion uudelle kaava-alueelle Asentopuulaaki Oy rakennuttaa 2 luhtitaloa joissa on yhteensä 36 vuokrakäyttöön tulevaa huoneistoa. Rakennusurakka sisältää viisi eri rakennusta. Rakennuksessa 1 on 12 kpl n. 42 m2 kaksioita ja 2 kpl 60m2 kolmioita, rakennuksessa 2 on 10 kpl n. 27,5-29 m2 yksiötä, 8kpl 42m2 kaksioita ja 4 kpl 65,5m2 kolmioita. Rakennukset 3 ja 4 ovat lämpimät varastotilat ja rakennus 5 on väestösuojatila. Arkkitehtisuunnitelmat on laatinut ja hankkeen pääsuunnittelijana toimii arkkitehti Hannu Voutilainen Arkkitehtisuunnittelu Voutilainen Oy:stä.
