Sodankylän kunta (jäljempänä myös "Hankintayksikkö" tai "Tilaaja") pyytää tarjouksia Sodankylän kunnanviraston ja kirjaston perusparannuksen pääurakasta (rakennusurakka, RU). Kohde sijaitsee osoitteessa Jäämerentie 1, 99600 Sodankylä. Hankinta on kuvattu ja tulee toteuttaa liitteiden mukaisesti. Tällä hankinnalla kilpailutetaan uudelleen Hankintayksikön 14.8.2026 keskeyttämä kilpailutus pää-/rakennusurakan osalta. Aiemmin kilpailutetuista, pääurakalle alistettavista sivu-urakoista on olemassa lainvoimaiset hankintapäätökset. HUOMIO TARJOAJILLE Tilaaja edellyttää, että tarjouksen antajat käyvät opastetusti tutustumassa rakennuskohteeseen paikan päällä. Tilaajan edustajan tulee olla läsnä tutustumiskäynnillä. Mikäli tarjouksen antaja on jo aiemmin vuoden 2026 aikana käynyt tutustumassa rakennuskohteeseen, ei uutta tutustumiskäyntiä vaadita.
