Kannuksen Teollisuuskylä Oy:n teollisuushalli Raonhaka 1 Kannuksen Teollisuuskylä Oy on Kannuksen kaupungin ja kehitysyhtiö YritysKannuksen omistama kiinteistökehitysyhtiö, jonka toiminnan tavoitteena on mahdollistaa kohtuuhintaisia teollisia kasvutiloja yrityksille Kannuksessa. Yhtiö hakee nyt seuraavalle hallihankkeelle edullista ja laadukasta hallivalmistajaa, joka toimii samalla hankkeen pääurakoijana. Pääurakoijan vastuulle kuuluu myös kohteen rakennesuunnittelu. Hankkeen tekniset ratkaisut pyritään tekemään siten, että lopputuloksena valmistuu laadukasta, mutta mahdollisimman kustannustehokasta toimintatilaa vuokralaisena toimiville teollisuusyrityksille. Pääsuunnittelun on toteuttanut Arkkitehtitoimisto Paloranta Oy, LVISA-suunnittelusta vastaa Ratech Oy. Kannuksen Raonhaan teollisuusalueelle suunniteltu noin 1000 m2 teollisuushalli toteutetaan kahdessa osassa. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydetään tarjoamaan nyt rakennettavan neljän lohkon kokonaisuuden kokonaishinta, sekä mahdollisten lisätöiden tuntihinta. Ensimmäiset neljä lohkoa rakennetaan piirustusten mukaisesti ensin, loput kaksi lohkoa laajennetaan heti, kun rakennettavat tilat on saatu täytettyä vuokralaisilla. Rakentaminen on tarkoitus aloittaa välittömästi, pohjatyöt pyritään saamaan valmiiksi ennen talvea, hallin pystytys ja varustelu talven aikana, käyttöönotto mahdollisimman nopeasti keväällä 2027. Laajennuksen rakentamisen aikataulua ei ole määritelty, mutta rakentaminen pyritään toteuttamaan saman pääurakoitsijan kanssa. Laajennuksen toteutuksessa käytetään tämän tarjouskilpailun hintaa, joka sidotaan kuitenkin laajennuksen osalta yleiseen kustannusindeksiin. Laajennuksen toteutuksesta laaditaan tulevaisuudessa oma sopimus ja aikataulu. Hankkeen käytännön toteutus on kuvattu Urakkaohjelmassa. Salassapito ja muut hankintaa koskevat seikat YSE 1998 mukaisesti. Tarjouksen vähimmäisvaatimukset, hylkäämisperusteet ja pisteytys on kuvattu omassa dokumentissaan.,
