Весь товар повинен бути поставлений до 15.10.2026 року. Поставка Товару за цим Договором здійснюється Постачальником партіями за адресами, визначеними у Додатку № 2 до цього Договору, та в обсягах, визначених у Додатку № 1 до цього Договору на підставі заявок Замовника або уповноважених осіб щодо дати поставки, відповідно до заявок Замовника або за заявками уповноважених осіб (керівника відповідного закладу освіти Хустської міської ради або представника відповідного закладу освіти відповідального за приймання товару) (далі - Уповноважена особа). Постачальник здійснює поставку товару протягом 3-х днів з дня отримання Заявки від Замовника або уповноважених осіб. Заявка Замовника або уповноважених осіб має містити інформацію щодо асортименту товару, його кількості, дати поставки товару, адреси місця поставки Товару. Заявка надається Замовником або уповноваженою особою (керівником відповідного закладу освіти Хустської міської ради або представником відповідного закладу освіти відповідального за приймання товару) Постачальнику в письмовій формі, або телефонним чи факсимільним зв’язком.
