Kaltimontie, projekti 3116 Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää tarjoustanne Joensuun kaupungin kaupunkirakennepalveluiden toimeksiannosta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti jäljempänä mainitun rakennuskohteen kadunrakennusurakasta. Urakka käsittää Kaltimontien katu- ja kunnallistekniset työt suunnitelma- ja urakka-asiakirjoissa esitetyssä laajuudessa. Työt toteutetaan InfraRYL-vaatimusten ja hankekohtaisten asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tarjous pyydetään kokonaishintaurakkana. Työmaan esittely pidetään sähköisenä Teamsin kautta maanantaina 13.7.2026 alkaen klo 13.00. Ilmoittautuminen työmaaesittelyyn tulee tehdä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen ritva.pyoriainen@joensuu.fi 13.7.2026 klo 10.00 mennessä. Rakennuttajan suositus on, että urakoitsija on tutustunut myös paikan päällä urakka-alueeseen ennen tarjouksen jättämistä. Mikäli urakoitsija jättää käymättä paikan päällä, ei urakoitsija voi myöhemmin vedota seikkoihin, jotka olisi tutustumisen yhteydessä mahdollisesti käynyt ilmi. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Urakan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.,
