Uimaharjunhaka kerrostalot, purku-urakka / Joensuun kaupunki Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen Joensuun kaupungille urakan kohteena olevan kahden (2) kerrostalon, yhden (1) palaneen omakotitalon raunioiden sekä erillisen talousrakennuksen muodostaman kiinteistökokonaisuuden purku-urakasta Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Urakan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.,
