„Изработка и доставка на рекламни и информационни материали с цел популяризиране на Програма „Техническа помощ“ с две обособени позиции: Обособена позиция 1: „Изработка и доставка на рекламни и информационни материали с цел популяризиране на Програма „Техническа помощ“; Обособена позиция 2: „Изработка и доставка на рекламни и информационни материали с цел популяризиране на Програма „Техническа помощ“, включени в Списъка на стоките и услугите по чл. 12, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП“. Предметът на поръчката включва доставка на 21 вида различни рекламни артикула (общо за двете обособени позиции), с прогнозни количества, които не подлежат на еднократна доставка. Възложителят не се задължава със заявяването и закупуването на тези количества, като в рамките на срока на договора и прогнозната стойност, те може да се променят. Рекламните материали се доставят на възложителя периодично и на части, съгласно писмени заявки. ​​​​​​​За повечето артикули се изисква и брандиране. Брандирането/печата следва да бъдат изпълнени с предоставена от възложителя визия или лого.
