Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е „Изготвяне на технически проект за обект: „Изграждане на водопровод в м. Белица, с. Хераково“ С. Хераково, община Божурище е с нарушен капацитет и водоизточниците са с изчерпани възможности, като през летните месеци има силен недостиг на вода. В тази връзка е необходимо да се разработи нов водоизточник, напорен резервоар и нова водопроводна мрежа, съгласно чл.1 и чл.2 от Наредба № РД-02-20-2 от 3 юли 2024 г. за проектиране, изграждане и експлоатация на водоснабдителни системи“. За целта, преди разработване на технически проект, следва да се направят предпроектни и проектни проучвания за необходимите водни количества за питейно-битови и противопожарни нужди за населеното място, съгласно чл. 4 от Наредба № РД-02-20-2 от 3 юли 2024 г. за проектиране, изграждане и експлоатация на водоснабдителни системи“, с които да се определи водоизточника, разположението на напорния резервоар и трасето на новопроектираната мрежа. Предвижда се да се вземе вода от съществуващ „Сондажен кладенец“, находящ се в ПИ с идентификатор 77246.16.1185, с.Хераково. Проектът трябва да включва изработване на парцеларен план от този сондаж до самата махала. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и изискванията към изпълнението на предмета на поръчката е подробно описана и регламентирана в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1, неразделна част от документацията за обществена поръчка.
