The Municipality of Vihti in Finland is procuring annual renovation works for its owned and managed buildings, such as schools, day-care centres, a health station and a library, for the period 1.11.2026-30.10.2028. Work will be invoiced either on an hourly basis or as a fixed total price. The agreement can be extended with two one-year options for 2029 and 2030. The estimated value is EUR 5,400,000 for the whole framework arrangement and contracting partners. The framework agreement allows the municipality's subsidiaries 'Vihti Toimitilat Oy' and 'Nummelanharjun Energia Oy' to join. Contractors must provide project-specific building and warranty guarantees for sites above EUR 25,000 and have a renovation site supervisor. 4-5 contracting partners will be selected. Works follow YSE 1998 general conditions. No submission deadline is stated in the notice.
