Description

Children's Health Ireland (CHI) is seeking a single supplier for the supply, implementation and support of a Dock Door Management, Messaging and Final Mile Delivery System. The solution will support the complete inbound and outbound logistics process within the New Children's Hospital (National Children’s Hospital Ireland, or NCHI) including loading dock scheduling, management and tracking of deliveries, automated identification and routing of goods, recording of returns, integration with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) workflows, and final mile communication to end users. The objective is to reduce manual handling and administrative processes, improve operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of goods throughout the hospital.
