Project manage the end-to-end development of digital learning solutions, from the business’s SME onboarding to final delivery, including appropriate project planning, timelines, milestones, review stages, change management and stakeholder approval/sign-off. Provide user friendly collaboration tools that enable SMEs to review content, give feedback, track changes and monitor progress. Apply internal governance and quality assurance controls to ensure all deliverables meet ESB’s scope, requirements, timelines and quality standards. Provide access to a library of pre-existing digital learning modules on standard or commonly required topics (e.g. data protection, cybersecurity, health and safety, compliance or similar). Where appropriate, these modules should be capable of reasonable customisation to incorporate ESB branding, accessibility requirements and organisation-specific information. Digital learning content must be developed using a recognised, globally adopted authoring tool (e.g. Articulate 360 or equivalent). Provide all content in a SCORM-compliant format. Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €650,000
€643,500 to €650,000

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 100% of their published estimate, half of them between 99% and 100%, based on 74 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
