Ziel und Inhalt der Maßnahme: Erwerb der Fitnesstrainer/-in B-Lizenz. Folgende Inhalte sollen den Teilnehmenden (TN) während der Maßnahme mindestens vermittelt werden: 1. Grundlagen der Trainingslehre • Motorische Fähigkeiten • Anpassung durch Training • Trainingsprinzipien 2. Trainingssteuerung im Fitnesstraining • Aufgaben der Trainingssteuerung • Fünf-Stufen-Modell der Trainingssteuerung 3. Aufbau einer Trainingseinheit • Ziele und Inhalte des Auf- und Abwärmens • Gestaltung des Hauptteils einer Einheit 4. Angewandte Trainingslehre • Grundlagen des Krafttrainings • Grundlagen des Ausdauertrainings • Grundlagen des Beweglichkeitstrainings 5. Gerätehandling/Übungsunterweisung • Didaktisch-methodischer Ablauf einer Übungsunterweisung • Maßnahmen zur Bewegungskorrektur 6. Grundlagen der Anatomie/Physiologie • Aktives und passives Bewegungssystem • Herz-Kreislauf-System • Energiestoffwechsel 7. Ernährungsphysiologische Grundlagen • Zufuhrempfehlungen Makro- und Mikronährstoffe • Empfehlungen zur Flüssigkeitszufuhr 8. Abschlussprüfung In den Praxisphasen sollen auch genügend Praxiseinheiten im Kraftraum durchgeführt werden. Anzahl und Dauer der Maßnahme(n): Rahmenvertrag über 2 Jahre mit der Verlängerungsoption um bis zu 2 Jahren. Die reguläre Vertragslaufzeit endet am 31.12.2028. Pro Jahr ist 1 Abruf geplant.
