Die Investitionsbank Berlin plant die Neugestaltung ihres Betriebsrestaurants am Standort Bundesallee 210, 10719 Berlin. Ziel ist es, eine moderne, funktionale und energieeffiziente gastronomische Einrichtung zu schaffen, die den aktuellen Anforderungen an Betrieb, Hygiene und Nachhaltigkeit entspricht. Der ursprüngliche Kochbereich soll vom 4. Obergeschoss in das 3. Obergeschoss verlagert werden. Kochbereich und Gastraum befinden sich dann auf der gleichen Etage. Die hierzu erforderlichen Leistungen werden in 12 Fachlosen ausgeschrieben. Vorliegend werden nur die Leistungen zu Los 4 ? Technische Gebäudeausrüstung-Elektro ausgeschrieben. Die näheren Einzelheiten des konkreten Beschaffungsvorhabens ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen.
