Predmet nabave je usluga upravljanja i održavanja sustava javnog navodnjavanja na području Vukovarsko-srijemske županije za razdoblje od četiri (4) godine, i to za sustave: - Lipovac - Ervenica - Sopot - Blato-Cerna - Poljoprivredno-šumarske škole Vinkovci. Predmetna usluga obuhvaća administrativno i operativno upravljanje, konzervaciju i dekonzervaciju sustava te održavanje sustava javnog navodnjavanja, a sve sukladno priloženom troškovniku i tehničkim specifikacijama koji su sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Naručitelj napominje da sustavi javnog navodnjavanja trenutno nemaju nadzorno-upravljački sustav (NUS). Predmet nabave je usluga upravljanja i održavanja sustava javnog navodnjavanja na području Vukovarsko-srijemske županije za razdoblje od četiri (4) godine, i to za sustave: - Lipovac - Ervenica - Sopot - Blato-Cerna - Poljoprivredno-šumarske škole Vinkovci. Predmetna usluga obuhvaća administrativno i operativno upravljanje, konzervaciju i dekonzervaciju sustava te održavanje sustava javnog navodnjavanja, a sve sukladno priloženom troškovniku i tehničkim specifikacijama koji su sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Predmetna usluga potrebna za redovito, sigurno i funkcionalno upravljanje sustavima javnog navodnjavanja obuhvaća: - administrativno i operativno upravljanje sustavima (sklapanje ugovora s korisnicima tijekom godine, obveza ugovaranja prijenosa opskrbe električnom energijom s opskrbljivačem, fakturiranje i naplata troškova krajnjim korisnicima - fiksnih i varijabilnih troškova, naplate potraživanja (izdavanje opomena korisnicima), vođenje očevidnika za korisnike, praćenje videonadzora (aplikacija) i ostalo potrebno za potpuno izvršenje usluge upravljanja i održavanja), - redoviti pogon i nadzor rada sustava navodnjavanja, - konzervaciju i dekonzervaciju sustava navodnjavanja, - tekuće i preventivno održavanje opreme, instalacija i infrastrukture, - pregled, servisiranje i održavanje, - otklanjanje kvarova te osiguravanje ispravnosti i raspoloživosti sustava, - ugovaranje i tijekom cijelog razdoblja trajanja ugovora uredno održavanje na snazi odgovarajuće police osiguranja, -provedbu drugih aktivnosti sukladno troškovniku i tehničkim zahtjevima naručitelja, - provedbu drugih aktivnosti sukladno troškovniku i tehničkim zahtjevima naručitelja. Predmetnu uslugu potrebno je izvršavati u svemu u skladu s važećim zakonskim propisima, tehničkim standardima i normama, te općim aktima Naručitelja, a posebice u skladu s Programom održavanja sustava javnog navodnjavanja za 2026. godinu i godine koje nadolaze te Odlukama Županijske skupštine Vukovarsko-srijemske županije o visini i obvezi plaćanja naknade za navodnjavanje za 2026. godinu i godine koje nadolaze (budući da se Programi i Odluke donose za svaku godinu zasebno).
