Description

Predmetni postupak javne nabave uključuje nabavu usluge održavanja sustava upravljanja rizicima i carinske istrage, a isti je detaljno specificiran u Tehničkoj specifikaciji - Prilogu ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Predmet ove nabave je osigurati uslugu održavanja i nadogradnje Sustava za upravljanje rizicima, u navedenom funkcionalnom okviru, u periodu od dvanaest (12) mjeseci. U okviru aktivnosti ponuditelja potrebno je osigurati punu funkcionalnost i pravilan rad svakog pojedinog modula aplikativnog Sustava za upravljanje rizicima na razini funkcionalnosti ostvarenoj na dan sklapanja ugovora te eliminirati eventualne pogreške kroz preventivno i interventno održavanje, te kroz adaptivno održavanje uskladiti, olakšati i unaprijediti korisničku uporabu na osnovi korisničkih zahtjeva za promjenom. Okvirna količina predmeta nabave sukladna je Prilogu - Troškovnik koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije. Stvarna nabavljena količina na temelju sklopljenog ugovora o javnoj nabavi može biti veća ili manja od okvirne količine, a ovisit će o stvarnoj potrebi Naručitelja tijekom važenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi usluge. Okvirna količina predmeta nabave sukladna je Troškovniku.
