Description
The contract provides HPE Tech Care Essential support services for National Oceanography Centre shipboard Marine IT infrastructure, including HPE servers and associated software.
The support arrangement includes access to firmware updates, software updates, patches, hotfixes, technical assistance, and hardware replacement services where required. The contract supports the continued operation, resilience, and cybersecurity compliance of critical ship systems used in support of NOC's scientific and operational activities.
