Hillevinkatu 1-3:n purku-urakka Hankinnan kohteena on Kemissä Hillevinkatu 1-3:ssa sijaitsevien yhdentoista kaksikerroksisen pienkerrostalon ja 22 puurakenteisen pihavaraston purkaminen kokonaisurakkana. Urakka käsittää purettavien rakennusten purkamisen tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa ja niiden liitteenä olevissa suunnitelmissa esitetyssä laajuudessa. Urakkaan sisältyvät rakennusten rakenteiden, rakennusosien, taloteknisten järjestelmien ja muiden purettavaksi määriteltyjen rakenteiden purkaminen sekä purkutyöhön liittyvät työmaa-, suojaus-, turvallisuus-, pölynhallinta- ja liikennejärjestelyt. Urakoitsijan tehtäviin kuuluvat purkumateriaalien lajittelu, käsittely, kuormaus ja kuljetus sekä niiden toimittaminen asianmukaisiin hyötykäyttö-, kierrätys- tai vastaanottopaikkoihin. Purkumateriaalien käsittelyssä tulee ottaa huomioon kohteesta laaditut haitta-aine-, hyötykäyttö- ja kaatopaikkakelpoisuustutkimukset sekä niiden asettamat vaatimukset materiaalien lajittelulle ja vastaanottopaikoille. Kohteen betonirakenteista tehtyjen tutkimusten perusteella materiaalien ominaisuuksissa ja kelpoisuudessa on eroja. Urakoitsijan tulee huomioida tutkimustulokset purkumateriaalien käsittelyssä, hyödyntämisessä ja loppusijoittamisessa sekä varautua materiaalien erillään pitämiseen tarvittavassa laajuudessa. Urakoitsija vastaa purkutyön toteuttamisesta voimassa olevan lainsäädännön, viranomaismääräysten, purkuluvan ja tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti sekä purkutyön edellyttämästä jätehuollosta ja sitä koskevasta dokumentoinnista. Urakan valmistuttua purkualueet saatetaan tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa määriteltyyn turvalliseen, siistiin ja jatkokäyttöön soveltuvaan kuntoon.
