Asikkala Ehtookoto demolition contract for rental buildings

The Municipality of Asikkala is procuring a demolition contract covering three old residential buildings in Vääksy, located at Ruskokuja 3 and Mikkolantie 14 (property ID 16-401-6-339). The first part was built in 1973 with 780 m2 of floor area and a volume of 3750 m3; the second was built in 1981 with 838 m2 and 3640 m3; the third, a terraced house, dates from 1988 with 324 m2 and 970 m3. The contract comprises complete demolition of all buildings on the site, including structures and building services, as a total contract in accordance with the tender documents. The selected contractor acts as main contractor. The works are expected to run from January 2027 to April 2027, with a detailed schedule agreed with the selected contractor.
