The purpose of this contract is to appoint a lead Architect, working in collaboration with a specialist Mechanical & Electrical Engineer and a Quantity Surveyor, to deliver a comprehensive feasibility study for replacing the end of life secondary cooling system across all 5 floors of the Hackney Service Centre (HSC), located at 1 Hillman Street.
