Description
GLCCA are undertaking a Brownfield Housing Fund programme, with a target to unlock 1,142 new homes on brownfield land. The consultant will need to work with the Council to determine a shortlist of year 1 schemes based on deliverability/potential delivery risks. Subsequently, the consultant will assess each site and produce the relevant reports.
