The contracting authority plans to award services by direct award under Section 75a GO NRW covering: cleaning of the facade including Trespa HPL panels; cleaning of plastic window elements and powder-coated aluminium windows, turn-tilt windows inside and outside including all profiles, fittings, glass surfaces, and window sills inside and outside; and cleaning of fixed-mounted aluminium sun protection elements. A prior site visit is mandatory to prepare a precise offer. Appointments for the site visit must be arranged by 23.09.2026 by email to b.klang-groebne@kreis-re.de; from 24.09.2026 onwards, visit appointments will then be assigned.
