Description

Die Auftraggeberin vergibt Leistungen des Veranstaltungsmanagements für Veranstaltungen im Rahmen des Runden Tisch „Serielles, modulares und systemisches Bauen“. Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von deutschlandweit an wechselnden Orten stattfindenden Präsenz-, Hybrid- oder Online-Veranstaltungen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere Fachtagungen und Netzwerktreffen mit voraussichtlich bis zu zwei Terminen pro Jahr und etwa 50 bis 70 Teilnehmenden, Schaustellen beziehungsweise Baustellen-, Werks- oder Projektbesichtigungen mit etwa zwei Terminen pro Jahr und rund 15 bis 30 Teilnehmenden sowie Workshops, Schulungen, Webinare und vergleichbare Formate in ähnlichem Umfang. Es ist beabsichtigt, hierfür eine Rahmenvereinbarung für den Zeitraum vom 1. August 2026 bis zum 31. Dezember 2028 abzuschließen.
