Description

Die Bundesstiftung Bauakademie hat im Jahr 2022 ihr Baugrundstück, Schinkelplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, erworben. Das Grundstück hat einen quadratischen Zuschnitt mit einer Größe von ca. 2.000 m2. Es ist von allen vier Seiten frei zugänglich und ist mit einem Veranstaltungssaal (genannt „Roter Saal“ eingeschossig, ca. 240m2), einem WC- und Lager-Container sowie einem Fassadenmuster bebaut. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Facility-Management-Leistungen zur Grundstücksbetreuung. Die Leistungen umfassen regelmäßige Kontroll- und Betreuungsleistungen, saisonale Leistungen (z. B. Winterdienst, Pflege der Außenanlagen) sowie optionale Leistungen nach Einzelabruf. Das Grundstück einschließlich des „Roten Saals“ ist regelmäßig, grundsätzlich einmal wöchentlich, zu begehen. Die Ausführung erfolgt überwiegend werktags von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:00 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr. Es soll ein Vertrag mit einer Grundlaufzeit beginnend am 01.12.2026 für zwei Jahre geschlossen werden. Die Auftraggeberin ist berechtigt, durch einseitige Erklärung, die dem Auftragnehmer spätestens am 31.08.2028 zugegen sein muss, die Laufzeit des Vertrags um 1 Jahr zu verlängern. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Verlängerung des Vertrags bis 30.11.2029 besteht nicht.
