Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un montant maximum de 200 000 euro(s) HT et un opérateur économique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande dénommés « ordre de service de commande ». Les ordres de service de commande seront notifiés par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et à mesure des besoins. L'accord cadre est conclu à compter du 1er bon de commande jusqu'au 31/12/2028
