Le marché comporte : -Une tranche ferme à prix forfaitaire : Maîtrise d'oeuvre -Une tranche optionnelle 1 à bon de commande avec un montant maximum de 40 000 euro(s) HT relative à des prestations complémentaires intégrant la mise à disposition de personnels qualifiés pour la réalisation d'études ou de dossiers complémentaires spécifiques qui pourraient s'avérer nécessaires Le contrat arrivera à terme à la fin du délai de « Garantie de parfait achèvement » (prévue à l'article 44.1. 2º alinéa du C.C.A.G.-Travaux) ou après prolongation de ce délai si les réserves signalées lors de la réception ne sont pas toutes levées à la fin de cette période. Dans cette hypothèse, l'achèvement de la mission intervient lors de la levée de la dernière réserve
