Il s'agit d'un marché alloti (13 lots) et dont les lots comportent une partie forfaitaire relative aux prestations courantes et récurrentes de nettoyage et une partie à bons de commande avec un montant maximum pour des prestations ponctuelles. La présente consultation comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère sociale dont le détail est indiqué en annexe au CCAP (sauf les lots réservés). Les lots réservés sont les suivants : - lots n° 10 et 11 : ces lots sont réservés, en application de l'article L2113-12 du Code de la commande publique, aux STPA (structures de travail protégés et adaptés : EA et ESAT). - lot n°13 : ce lot est réservé, en application de l'article L2113-14 du Code de la commande publique, aux SIAE (structures d'insertion par l'activité économique) et aux STPA (structures de travail protégés et adaptés : EA et ESAT) Hôtel d'agglomération et locaux annexes; Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional; Centre del Mon (DVDEP, Mobilités, Solidarités, DEM, Direction de l'économie, CAP SUD); Bassin urbain et Service hydraulique; Bassin Agly; Bassin littoral; Bassin Riberal; Bassin Porte Pyrénées Roussillon; Bassin Rivesaltais; Hôtel d'entreprises Méditerranée Rivesaltes; Equipe nature Torreilles; Pépinières, Marché de gros et service bâtiment St Charles; Maison du vélo
