La description des installations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans les annexes du cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Le présent lot concerne le parc ascenseurs, élévateurs pour personnes à mobilité réduite et monte-charges des bâtiments gérés par l’Université et poursuit un triple objectif : - Assurer la maintenance de l’ensemble du parc (139 appareils au début du contrat sur les 145 que comptent les sites de l’université) - Moderniser progressivement le parc par des rénovations partielles ou complètes (53 appareils ont été priorisés) - S’assurer de la conformité des installations et corriger quand nécessaire.
