Description

La présente consultation est une procédure de dialogue compétitif, telle que prévue par les dispositions des articles R.2161-24 à R.2161-31 du code de la commande publique. La procédure mise en oeuvre est de type restreint. Le nombre de candidats admis à participer au dialogue sera de trois (3). (Cf. art. 4 du règlement de la consultation). La capacité du futur établissement sera de 26 divisions de 24 (à 30) élèves, 4 sections SEGPA et 1 section ULIS, soit un effectif total maintenu à 710 élèves (pouvant, le cas échéant, être porté à 860 élèves), comprenant une demi-pension, sous forme de self collaboratif, dimensionnée pour accueillir jusqu'à 75% d'élèves demi-pensionnaires. Le projet intègre la construction de 5 logements de fonction. Les aménagements extérieurs comprendront le parvis, la cour de récréation, les espaces verts mais aussi les espaces de stationnements VL, dédiés au personnel du collège et de l'Atelier Culinaire Départemental. L'Atelier Culinaire Départemental (ACD) devra permettre d'approvisionner les cuisines satellites des collèges de l'Albertvillois et de la Tarentaise (hors Collège Jean Rostand à Moutiers) pour une de production maximale de 4 300 repas / jour. Les prestations du présent Marché Global de Performance seront la conception et la réalisation de ce projet, ainsi que la maintenance durant 6 ans suivant la mise en service du collège.
