Description

Il s'agit de marchés ordinaires composés de 17 lots faisant chacun l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réparties comme indiqué au CCAP et au CCTP. Les marchés ne comprennent pas de tranche conditionnelle. Le présent marché public est conclu à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'à l'expiration du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement. La durée prévisionnelle pour l'exécution de l'ensemble de prestations est de 19 mois hors garantie de parfait achèvement. La période de préparation de chantier est de 2 mois, elle est comprise dans le délai de 19 mois. La période de préparation débutera à compter de la notification du marché. Les prestations seront réglées par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire. D'un point de vue technique, le projet consiste en la construction d'une nouvelle école maternelle de 2000 m² environ de surfaces de plancher. En complément de ces travaux de construction de bâtiments, il sera également nécessaire de réaliser la totalité des aménagements extérieurs et paysagers ainsi que la construction d'une cour de récréation pour l'école Gros oeuvre; Charpente- couverture zinc; Métallerie - serrurerie; Menuiseries extérieures - protections; Plâtrerie - Plafond suspendu - peinture; Menuiseries intérieures bois - mobilier; Chapes - carrelages - faïences; Sols souples; Ascenseur; Génie climatique - plomberie; Electricité courants forts et courants faibles; Equipements de cuisine; Sondes géothermiques; Panneaux photovoltaïques; Terrassement - VRD; Paysage - Espace verts - Mobiliers et jeux; Fondations spéciales
